Qualifications
Because I worked for many years as a certified public accountant, I specialize in indexing accounting and business documents. I believe it is essential for an indexer to have a strong understanding of the subject matter in order to produce an index which will truly meet the needs of the reader. Although I specialize in accounting and business publications, I also prepare indexes about other subjects if I have sufficient knowledge about the subject to prepare a quality index.

- Certified Public Accountant since 1988 (license currently inactive)
Education:
In addition to receiving a Bachelor of Science degree with honors in accounting and working as a certified public accountant, I have completed extensive coursework in copyediting and indexing (including completion of the USDA graduate course in indexing).
